Welcome to Bonsy in Tour. These Terms & Conditions are designed to be clear, fair, and transparent, so you know exactly what to expect when booking one of our tours or experiences. By confirming a booking with Bonsy in Tour, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Nature of Our Tours
Bonsy in Tour offers private, small-group, and fully customized tours and experiences. Each itinerary is carefully curated and often tailored to your preferences, timing, and interests. Because of this personalized approach, availability is limited and each booking has a direct impact on our schedule and operations.
2. Booking & Payment Policy
Once the date and time of your tour have been agreed upon, you will receive a secure Stripe payment link to confirm your booking.
To reserve your date and allow me to dedicate the necessary time and care to your experience, full payment (100% of the total amount) is required at the time of booking.
The total amount is structured as follows:
50% non-refundable deposit, which secures your date and covers the time, planning, and preparation dedicated to your experience
50% remaining balance, subject to the cancellation terms outlined below
Bookings are confirmed only once payment has been received.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be as fair as possible while protecting the sustainability of our small business.
Client-Initiated Cancellations
50% of the total amount is non-refundable, as it reflects the time and resources already committed to your experience
The remaining 50% may be refunded depending on the timing of the cancellation:
– Cancellations made 30 days or more before the tour date: full refund of the remaining 50%
– Cancellations made less than 30 days before the tour date: no refund of the remaining 50%
Refunds, when applicable, will be processed using the original payment method and may take several business days to appear.
Everything is designed to feel simple and transparent, so you can just enjoy the experience from the very beginning.
4. Changes to Bookings
If you wish to make changes to your booking (such as dates, times, or itinerary details), please contact us as soon as possible.
Changes are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
Significant changes may be treated as a cancellation and new booking.
5. Weather & Force Majeure
Tours operate rain or shine, unless conditions make the experience unsafe or impossible.
Bonsy in Tour is not responsible for cancellations, delays, or changes due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
• Extreme weather conditions
• Natural disasters
• Strikes or transportation disruptions
• Government restrictions, travel advisories, or public health measures
• Civil unrest, security incidents, or broader geopolitical events that may impact travel safety or feasibility
In such cases, we will always do our best to offer an alternative date or suitable solution where possible.
Refunds are not guaranteed and will be assessed on a case-by-case basis, depending on the specific circumstances and costs already incurred.
6. Responsibility & Liability
Participants join our tours at their own risk.
Bonsy in Tour cannot be held liable for:
Personal injury, illness, or loss during the tour
Lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings
Delays or disruptions caused by third-party providers (transport, venues, accommodations, etc.)
We strongly recommend appropriate travel and health insurance for all participants.
7. Participation Requirements
By booking a tour, you confirm that:
You are physically able to participate in the planned activities
You have informed us in advance of any relevant medical conditions, allergies, or accessibility needs
8. Privacy & Personal Data
Any personal information shared with Bonsy in Tour will be used solely for the purpose of managing your booking and experience.
We do not sell or share your data with third parties, except when required to deliver the service (for example, payment processing or reservations with partners).
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by Italian law and interpreted within the applicable legal framework in Italy.
