Welcome to Bonsy in Tour. These Terms & Conditions are designed to be clear, fair, and transparent, so you know exactly what to expect when booking one of our tours or experiences. By confirming a booking with Bonsy in Tour, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Nature of Our Tours

Bonsy in Tour offers private, small-group, and fully customized tours and experiences. Each itinerary is carefully curated and often tailored to your preferences, timing, and interests. Because of this personalized approach, availability is limited and each booking has a direct impact on our schedule and operations.

2. Booking & Payment Policy

To confirm your booking and reserve your selected date:

  • A 50% deposit of the total tour price is required at the time of booking.

  • The deposit is non-refundable and secures your date and services.

The remaining 50% balance:

  • Is due two (2) weeks prior to the tour date.

  • A payment link (via Stripe or equivalent secure provider) will be sent to you in advance.

Failure to complete the final payment by the due date may result in cancellation of the booking, with the deposit retained.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be as fair as possible while protecting the sustainability of our small business.

Client-Initiated Cancellations

  • The initial 50% deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances.

  • The second payment (remaining 50%) may be refunded up to 75%, depending on the timing of the cancellation:

  • Cancellations made 14 days or more before the tour date: up to 75% refund of the second payment

  • Cancellations made less than 14 days before the tour date: no refund of the second payment

Refunds, when applicable, will be processed using the original payment method and may take several business days to appear.

4. Changes to Bookings

If you wish to make changes to your booking (such as dates, times, or itinerary details), please contact us as soon as possible.

  • Changes are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

  • Significant changes may be treated as a cancellation and new booking.

5. Weather & Force Majeure

Tours operate rain or shine, unless conditions make the experience unsafe or impossible.

Bonsy in Tour is not responsible for cancellations or changes due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Extreme weather conditions

  • Natural disasters

  • Strikes or transportation disruptions

  • Government restrictions or public health measures

In such cases, we will do our best to offer an alternative date or solution. Refunds are not guaranteed and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

6. Responsibility & Liability

Participants join our tours at their own risk.

Bonsy in Tour cannot be held liable for:

  • Personal injury, illness, or loss during the tour

  • Lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings

  • Delays or disruptions caused by third-party providers (transport, venues, accommodations, etc.)

We strongly recommend appropriate travel and health insurance for all participants.

7. Participation Requirements

By booking a tour, you confirm that:

  • You are physically able to participate in the planned activities
    You have informed us in advance of any relevant medical conditions, allergies, or accessibility needs

8. Privacy & Personal Data

Any personal information shared with Bonsy in Tour will be used solely for the purpose of managing your booking and experience.

We do not sell or share your data with third parties, except when required to deliver the service (for example, payment processing or reservations with partners).

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Italian law. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall fall under the jurisdiction of the Italian courts.
